Who can refer?
+Anyone! Consultants, IT professionals, accountants, business owners, or anyone with connections to businesses that could benefit from better IT. There’s no certification or enrollment required.
What counts as a qualified referral?
+A business with 50 or more employees that has an identifiable IT challenge — whether that’s Microsoft security gaps, compliance needs, cloud migration, or general IT management. The company should not already be in our sales pipeline.
How much do I earn?
+You earn 10–15% of the first-year contract value depending on the service type. Managed Services pay 15%, Azure Marketplace deals pay 12%, and Project Work pays 10%.
When do I get paid?
+Commission is paid NET 30 — within 30 days after the deal officially closes and the contract is signed. Payment is made via direct deposit or check.
Do I need to be involved in the sale?
+No. Once you submit the referral, our sales team handles everything — from the initial outreach to discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close. You just sit back and wait for your commission.
Can I refer multiple companies?
+Absolutely. There’s no limit on the number of referrals you can submit. Each qualifying referral earns its own commission.
What if the deal doesn’t close?
+No penalty and no obligation. If a referral doesn’t convert into a deal, there’s no cost or consequence to you. You only earn when we earn.
How do I track my referrals?
+We’ll send you status updates via email at each stage — qualification, active sales cycle, and deal outcome. You’ll always know where things stand.
